Terms and Conditions

1. Definitions

1.1. Service Provider
SIA “Ckot”, registration No. 40203646769, providing services of Kice Restaurant (hereinafter – Kice).

1.2. Client
A person who makes a reservation or purchases a service via www.kicerestaurant.com.

1.3. Services

Kice restaurant provides the following services:

table reservations
serving food and beverages
online purchase of gift cards

1.4. Service Fee

The price of restaurant services or gift cards is indicated at the time of reservation or purchase on the website.

2. General Terms of Service

2.1. To make a reservation at Kice restaurant, the client must select the desired date and time via www.kicerestaurant.com or another reservation platform.

2.2. To guarantee the reservation, the client may be required to provide credit or debit card details.

2.3. Reservations do not require prepayment.

2.4. If the client does not arrive at the restaurant at the reserved time and the reservation has not been cancelled in advance, the service provider reserves the right to charge a no-show fee of 50 EUR per person, using the card provided at the time of reservation.

2.5. The restaurant reserves the right to inform the client about unforeseen circumstances affecting the reservation and to propose possible solutions.

2.6. The restaurant menu may change depending on seasonality or product availability.

2.7. The bill for food and beverages will be provided after the meal.

2.8. A service charge may be included in the bill if indicated in the restaurant menu.

3. Payment Terms

3.1. All prices are indicated in EUR (Euro).

3.2. VAT is included in the price unless stated otherwise.

3.3. Payments can be made using:

bank cards
online payment systems
Kice restaurant gift cards

4. Gift Cards

4.1. Gift cards can be purchased via www.kicerestaurant.com.

4.2. Gift cards can be used at Kice restaurant as payment for restaurant services.

4.3. Gift cards are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase unless stated otherwise.

4.4. Gift cards cannot be exchanged for cash.

5. Reservation Cancellation

5.1. Reservations can be cancelled at least 24 hours before the reservation time free of charge.

5.2. If the reservation is not cancelled at least 24 hours before the reservation or the client does not arrive, a no-show fee of 50 EUR per person will be charged.

6. Restaurant Policy

6.1. Children are welcome in the restaurant. Parents or guardians are responsible for their children's behaviour.

6.2. Pets are not allowed, except where required by law (for example, guide dogs).

7. Other Provisions

7.1. By making a reservation or purchasing a gift card, the client confirms that they have read and agree to these terms.

7.2. The service provider complies with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Latvian legislation on personal data protection.

7.3. The service provider reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes take effect after publication on www.kicerestaurant.com.

7.4. Communication between the client and the service provider may take place electronically.

7.5. Any disputes shall first be resolved through negotiation. If no agreement is reached, disputes shall be settled in the courts of the Republic of Latvia.
